  1. Do you ship your items worldwide?
We have worldwide shipping available. Apart from India and UK, we have shipped our items to many countries in Europe, such as Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and the rest of the world.
  1. Where are the fulfilment centres of Myosutra located?
Myosutra currently has its fulfilment centres in the UK and Kolkata, India. We have a dedicated team in Kolkata that looks after the shipping and handling of all items.
  1. How do you ensure that the purchased item does not have any defects?
All items go through stringent quality checks which consist of checking whether there is no physical damage and the item purchased is as close to the colour that’s shown on the website images.
  1. Do you provide stitched blouses with each saree in your collections?

  1. Why can’t I find a saree on your website right after I bought the same one?
We only keep one item from each collection available on our website. However, if you identify the item as sold please contact us on whatsapp (no. +447852758315) to check if there are any more items in stock.
  1. Will the saree look exactly as it’s shown in the picture?
The saree depicted in the photograph is the exact same item that you will receive. While the colour might appear different under various lighting conditions, please note that the pictures are taken in daylight to best represent the actual colour of the saree.
  1. How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an email confirmation. You can also email us at info.myosutra@gmail.com or contact us on whatsapp (no. +447852758315), if you want to know the status of your order. Once the order is shipped, we’ll send you the tracking details.
  1. What if the courier company has lost my parcel?
Myosutra is not liable for any loss of parcels by the courier agent. Once the tracking number is provided to the customers. It is a responsibility of the courier company to deliver it to the destination address. For any such situations please lodge a complaint with the courier agent.
  1. What are the different modes of payment you accept?
We accept Paypal, Google Pay, UPI and Bank transfer. You also have the option to pay in GBP and INR.
  1. How do I share the measurements for stitching a blouse?
Each saree that you order with us comes with a stitched blouse. You can get in touch with us whatsapp to share the accurate measurements for the blouse. Please check question no. 4 for details of measurements. Note that you’ll get several options of how you want the blouses stitched when placing the order. If you want to get a different design than ones available, please convey it to us on whatsapp.
